Since our furry family members can’t communicate what’s wrong, diagnostic tools such as lab work are very important for your Veterinarian to determine your pets underlying illnesses and to rule out/or confirm specific medical conditions. Whether your pet requires pre-anesthetic blood work prior to a dental- or surgical procedure, or not feeling well- with further diagnostics requiring an evaluation of internal organ function, our clinic is equipped with Idexx and Abaxxis laboratory equipment for fast in-house lab results.
We provide in-house bloodwork and urinalysis testing for both routine check ups, sick patients, and to monitor patients with long term issues. We also have x-rays and ultrasound to get a better picture of what is ailing your pet.

In the event that more extensive labwork is required, we consult our Idexx Reference Laboratory to help supplement any specific blood panels that we may not be able to run in house. The general turn around for results from our reference lab is 24 hours. We will call you as soon as we receive your pets blood work results and go over them with you.
