Payment Option FAQ’s

If my pet’s problem doesn’t get any better, can I be refunded for the fees I was charged?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for the veterinary care your pet receives at our clinic. Our fees cover the cost of examining, testing, diagnosing, and treating your pet.

Not all health problems have a straightforward solution. Some may require a long-term management plan, be more difficult to diagnose, or have multiple underlying causes. A cure may not always be possible. Please be assured that your veterinary team will do everything they can to find the answers to your pet’s health problems.

What payment plans do you offer?

We are not able to offer payment plans at this time. Payment is due at the time of your pet’s visit. If you have any questions regarding our payment policy, please feel free to ask. Your veterinarian will work with you to develop a cost-effective care plan to help keep your pet current on vaccines and other essential services.

We do accept many major credit cards, which can help cover both routine and emergency services.

Why does it cost so much to provide veterinary care for my pet?

The fees you pay for veterinary care include many components: compensation for your veterinarian and team’s expertise, as well as the cost to maintain hospital equipment and facilities.

When adopting a pet, it’s important to include routine veterinary care in the overall cost of ownership. While advanced procedures may come at a higher cost, you always have the choice in the level of care you pursue. Overall, veterinary services offer great value in helping pets live longer, healthier lives.

Can I get health insurance for my dog or cat? If so, what does it cover?

Yes, there are several companies that offer pet health insurance. These plans are similar to human insurance, with premiums, deductibles, and various levels of coverage.

Many plans cover routine services such as wellness exams and diagnostic testing. Some also cover prescriptions, surgeries, and treatments for a wide range of conditions. Since coverage can vary, it’s best to check with your chosen insurance provider for exact details.
